The oven is indirectly heated by one or more gas or oil burners, in this way the hot air is moved around in the heating circuit thereby transmitting the heat to the final product in the required manner.

Cooking inside the tunnel is done by means of heat radiation, convection of heat (contact with cooking surface) and / or heat conduction (Turbolence).

It is an innovative oven with a huge potential. Allow to bake any product with filling or extremely sticky without sticking to the baking surface and without getting dirty. The oven heats and cools instantly.
